GoGirl Talk

Periodically, GoGirl sponsors women who inspire us to go to a blogging conference of their choice. Earlier this week we announced that we are sponsoring Corrin Renee (http://corrinrenee.com/) to attend Blissdom in Nashville, Tennessee. We booked Corrin's hotel room right away because we heard that hotel rooms were going to sell out very soon. Unfortunately, we apparently didn't get the memo when it came to conference passes, because we were unable to purchase one this morning because they sold out last night. *face palm.* Fortunately, however, Kimberly from www.mominthecity.com is hosting a conference pass giveaway... and this is our entry.

Kim asked us to describe how we followed our bliss in 2009 and how we plan on doing so in 2010. I smiled when I read her requirement, I mean, how could I not? 2009 was the year of the GoGirl!

Launching our product was no easy matter, however- and there were many people who told us that it would never work and that we were wasting our time. But our team pushed the naysayers aside and forged on, truly following our bliss. We knew we had a product that would really help women.

Fast forward and here we stand, two weeks away from our one-year anniversary and we’re in over 100 retail locations nationwide and we can be found in ten countries worldwide. We’ve been following our bliss for quite some time now, and in 2010 we have no plans of turning back. Working with GoGirl and the people behind it everyday is amazing, and we couldn’t ask for more! Well…. Except to send Corrin to Blissdom!
