Tip #1: Don’t worry. Be positive. You Go Girl!
First things first, let’s not spend these days worrying, feeling sad or staying isolated 24/7. Let’s make the most of it. You can still go outside, just be smart. Stay safe and adventure responsibly. And of course, wash your hands approximately 47 times a day.

Tip #2: Make a Routine & Stay on task.
According to research, keeping a schedule and maintaining a daily routine can help with your mental health during quarantine. Most of us are now stuck at home and it’s important to not let these days waste a way. Create a daily agenda and stick to it. Wake up at your regular time, schedule yourself a morning walk (bring your coffee with). Keep your daily workout habits. Eat at regular times. Take breaks throughout the day, get outside and get some fresh air.
Go camping in your backyard. turn the radio up and gaze at the stars.
Tip #3: Stay Healthy. Stay In shape.
Get off the couch. Grab your pack and hike a local trail…or your neighborhood.
As always, safety comes first. Tell somebody where you’re going and contact them when you’re done hiking. Bring a first aid kit…because things can happen. Bring your GoGirl & Sanitizer with you so you don’t have to use a public bathroom/porta-potty. Practice social distancing by staying 6 feet away from others.
