If you are not satisfied with your GoGirl please send us an email telling us why and we may replace it at our discretion (customerservice@go-girl.com). We will refund payment for un-opened GoGirls. Tamper seal for any returned product must be intact, product tube must be in original condition and returns must include copy of the original receipt.
